Energy All Day, Everyday?

Who wouldn’t like all day, every day energy eh, it may seem impossible but it isn’t?

Simple small changes to your lifestyle and your diet can start the process off and be supplemented by specific vitamins until you no longer need them. Some people know and understand this but still don’t make those changes. Let’s start together today.

Recently I have been of the mindset, you only live once, let’s have some fun and that’s great but as you get older, it gets harder to lose weight, harder to look fresh, harder to have energy throughout the day and I would rather feel healthy and energetic for many years to come than have a fun filled life for only a few years. What are your thoughts?

Here are my top 5 tips on making those small changes today,
1. Eat better, stop with the processed food and start to cook from scratch. Cook in bulk if you are busy in the week.

2. Plan in some exercise;  by planning it in your diary you are committing to it. It doesn’t have to be strenuous;  a walk, a cycle ride,  swimming all easy to access in the summer months.

3. Mindset; energy is positive so to make the most of it you need to be in the right mindset and have the right positive attitude and I can assure you it will make a huge difference.

4. Sleep; lack of sleep is a huge factor when it comes to energy and mood so stick to the same sleep patterns throughout your week and weekend.

5. Vitamins; vitamins these days no longer need to be a multivitamin as companies are producing them for specific people for specific issues. Make sure you are taking ones that will help you.

I hope you have found some value in this and over the next few weeks I will be going into each tip in more detail as this is simply an overview. I am on this journey with you, so please click follow and connect with me via linktr.ee/shaz_crowley
If I can help in anyway especially about the specific vitamins then reach out and I will see you again soon.

The Power of Vitamins

Who doesn’t lead a fast paced life these days, even more so when you have a young family? It still surprises me as we have so much technology and things at our fingertips than in days gone by, but when speaking to my husband this weekend about it, he believes it is because we do more in one day than we did probably 50 years ago.

Therefore leading a fast paced life on a regular basis can lead to stress, tiredness and unhealthy habits such as junk food and certainly no time for regular exercise or ‘me time’. This is where the power of vitamins come in and I understand that they are not for everyone especially if you eat a well balanced diet. However for some of us, convenience and time seems to take priority.

Vitamins are simply compounds that our bodies cannot produce and we need to get from food but when you are not eating a balanced diet that is when you can start to feel sluggish, tired and irritable, to name a few symptoms. Unfortunately it is only when we feel this way we understand that we are lacking in certain vitamins, therefore I truly believe people should take vitamins before reaching that point.

Today I have been researching magnesium and have found that low levels have a huge  impact on both anxiety and depression which appears to be on the increase as certain statistics are showing one in five adults now suffer from depression. Other connections to low levels include headaches, insomnia and poor concentration to name a few.

Foods that are high in magnesium include seeds, nuts and oats. Therefore if you think you have low levels of magnesium increase the foods that have high levels of it and take a supplement. If you suffer with anxiety or depression and no one has mentioned magnesium to you, then I would speak to your doctor and get some. If this has been of some value, please do share and please reach out if you would like to know about the magnesium supplements that I recommend. How to stay motivated in Network Marketing.

Most people these days have heard of Network Marketing, other names for it includes MLM and Direct Sales but quite simply it’s the same thing. Lots of people have tried it for one of two reasons, they love the products or they want to earn some extra money; maybe even both. However many have quit and that is such a shame.

I feel this profession is just starting out and with more and more companies closing, job security is at a low so why not give the one thing that you can personally control, your all. Many are making their success and creating the life they want simply by giving it their all until they eventually reach their goal. Quitting isn’t the answer, learning the skills and taking action is.

So how to stay motivated in Network Marketing as it isn’t easy once your friends and family have purchased your products and the buzz starts to wear off, this is simply the phase where the work actually starts. Learn the skills and remember there are people in the industry, in your company too, that have made it, so why can’t you!!

Here are my top 5 tips to staying motivated.
1. Invest in Personal Development every single day; this is my biggest tip by far as this is how you will learn the skills; learn what to say, learn simple techniques, and learn how to keep up to date with technology

2. Have regular 1:2:1’s with your upline and your team; this will help you with action points and keep you focused to stay on track

3. Love your products; it is hard to recommend products that you don’t love or even use and your passion for them or lack of it will come across to your friends.

4. Go to events; this time last year I was at my company global event in Poland and oh my, seeing real people walk away with certificates, cars and stand on that stage was amazing. At events, leaders are born as they can see what the future has in store for them and it all becomes real.

5. Finally, believe in yourself and that this will work; this is a serious one and can take years for some to actually believe that it works, I’ve been there. Remember if someone in your company has already done it, then you can too, just follow these 5 steps to staying motivated daily until you reach your goals.

I hope this has been of value to you and if it has feel free to share.
If you have been thinking of joining Network Marketing for some time, then today is the best day to do it. I would love to have a chat with you so please get in touch (linktr.ee/shaz_crowley).

See you next week,
Sharon

Half Term Over and only 6 weeks left

Hey sorry I’ve been AWOL for a while and to be honest with you it has been because I have been a little confused about the direction to take this blogging malarky. Do I share my life with you, would you be interested or do I speak about serious, information, tips? lol Maybe you could help me.

So today, for now, I am going to share how much I have loved having the kids at home for the May half-term and how much more I have loved them going back to school today. I am not a horrible mum but I do crave and enjoy my own time and I am trying to run my own online business which is involving so much learning yet I love it. The fact that I can earn some extra cash for my little luxuries is a bonus.

The half-term was most enjoyable, helped by the weather and some lazy mornings. Spending time in the garden whilst working from my phone as the kids played was a bonus. But as you can see this from the above title, this is the last academic half term now and only 6 weeks until the dreaded summer holidays. The despair of six  whole weeks to fill  whilst keeping both fingers and toes crossed that the weather is kind.

Generally I do book a few days out here and there and balance it with a holiday and some freebies, like the park. If you are local to me, Manchester UK, and feel the same say Hi and I’ll send you the ‘What’s on Guide’ for children’s activities when I get it. I would love to hear from you if you feel the same as me, looming holidays. However, I do feel lucky though that I do not have to worry about child care these days given that is the main reason I left work but on occasions I do wonder which is the easiest.

On that loving note, any critic of the blog is most welcome. I’m here to learn as well as have fun.

See you soon,

Sharon

Why motherhood is like the fairground. Do you agree?

I thought about this analogy one morning last week, just as I had dropped the kids off at school. I started to question why motherhood is beginning to feel like I am at the fairground, I also found I could relate it to my online business but that’s another story. Let me share my thoughts to see if you agree?

First of all there is the roller coaster; as well all know motherhood has it’s fair share of ups and downs, from the emotional to the physical to the mental challenges it brings daily. However the unconditional love, early morning cuddles and token gestures from school often make me forget about the times I throw them to bed after a tantrum and a long day, hey it’s all about the fun.

Some days it feels like I’m on the waltzers and that I’ll never get off. Hanging on by a thread as there is no way I can get off, feeling green as I simply spin round and round and round and round, feeling like I’m getting nothing done except the feeling of nausea.

Then how about the ghost train? Scary times happen often as a parent, from the first fall to even a stint in the hospital it happens, expect it in motherhood and it won’t seem as scary.

But as they say it really is all about the fun of the fair, from the laughter, the giggles, the treats and the tears, us mum’s wouldn’t have it any other way and some even go back for more.

If you often feel like this, or it has struck a chord, then please get in touch as I would love to chat, I’m always connecting with other like minded mum’s to share insights and strategies for surviving the next few years.
